I come to this store (Power & McKellips) just about every few days. Sandy and Christian are ALWAYS ALWAYS here holding down the fort by themselves, nothing but extremely cordial and friendly demeanor, nothing but the best and kindest of customer service. I genuinely haven’t been to a nicer vape store, and I will continue to take the extra time to come to this one. Cannot recommend enough!!!

I’ve only come here 3 times but everytime I have a great experience the workers are friendly and explain everything too you. Christian is the one that’s been there when I go he is awesome very kind, friendly and even was telling me some suggestions since I’m trying to quit.

Super great service and they try really hard even when busy to help all customers respectfully. Sandy was very helpful when recommending new flavors and what coil would work best for my mod. She was very professional and we left happy with our time spent in the store. Would 100% recommend this shop for my next visit!

Sandy was absolutely amazing! She was playing all my favorite songs and asked what flavors i liked to find a good flavor. She was extremely patient, nice, and helpful while we found a flavor that I liked. I love her and because of her i found my new favorite place to shop. Shoutout to Sandy, she a real one!!

They are awesome at this store/location. Great service & very friendly. Definitely won't go anywhere else. Prices are great too. I bought a vape at a different smoke shop and it was $30. This shop sells the same one for only $20. Would recommend this place to everyone!!

Love this place! Casandra was super sweet and knowledgeable, she recommended me the dispo bars! I usually am uncertain when I come into shops but she really assisted me and made me feel like I wasn't dumb trying to figure all of this out! I def recommend coming to this location, felt welcomed and attended to! Thank you guys on Power and Mckellips!

Loved my experience: I happened to stumble upon this place not to long ago when traveling to see family. I was super impressed with the customer service, Sandy treated me like she had know me my whole life. As an out of towner, it was like walking into my own frequented shop. She helped me pick out a few flavors that were definitely not in our selection at home!! I shared stories, and she told me more about Mesa. I, for sure found my vape home away from home!!

Sunday afternoon my tank cracked, I went into this shop and the sweet gal working there not only had what I needed, she cleaned my vape and put the new tank on for me. Thank you! Great customer service, hard to find these days!!
